Shipment processing time


All in-stock orders are shipped on the same day, if ordered before 11am (excluding weekends/pubic holidays).

Deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays. If Dosey is experiencing a high volume of orders, we will let you know via email if there is a delay.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.        

Orders are shipped from Melbourne with Australia Post.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking


Once your order has been shipped, an automatic email will be sent with shipment confirmation and tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details.

International customs, duties, and taxes


Dosey is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages


Dosey is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy


If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Dosey will be pleased to offer you a refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (being your original receipt or online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice)
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold

All shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Faulty Goods Return


If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund or replacement product. Proof of purchase may be your original receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

Dosey reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
